Steve
Morris, CEO and co-founder of YoungBiz
UK, is a businessman with a mission to make
a difference in the lives of young people.
After graduating from Georgia State University,
he invested 10 years in an investment banking
career. His experience included money management,
investments, and corporate and public finance.
In 1994, Steve left the investment banking
industry and founded KidsWay, Inc. in Atlanta,
GA, which in 2002 became YoungBiz Holding USA Ltd. via
an asset acquisition. He is now involved in
expanding the company geographically, sending
trainers throughout the U.S. and into many
parts of the world. Under his leadership,
YoungBiz Korea was launched in Seoul in 2003,
and YoungBiz UK was founded in 2004. He is
working with investors and partners to open
other licensed or franchised YoungBiz territories
in several countries.
Bonnie Drew, Senior Executive Vice President of YoungBiz UK, oversees the YoungBiz Training Division and the development of all YoungBiz programmes and curricula in the U.S. as well as internationally. Bonnie is also editor-in-chief of YoungBiz Media and the company's primary educational consultant for all publishing projects, both offline and online. Curricula written by Bonnie include Smart Start to Business, Smart Start to Money, Jump Start to Business, and You're the Boss Life Skills & Entrepreneurship Program. Bonnie has authored books, articles, and curricula on financial education topics for over 17 years and travels world-wide developing and implementing YoungBiz partnerships and strategic alliances.
Juan Casimiro, Executive Vice President of YoungBiz UK, has taught youth entrepreneurship and financial literacy in the U.S., Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean for over 15 years. Juan has a BSSW degree from Ohio State University, a master’s degree in business education from City University of New York, and is an alumnus of Rutgers University’s Leadership Management for Urban Executive Institute and Columbia University Business School’s Fast Trac Program. In addition to founding Ascend Youth Entrepreneurship International and the Casimiro Foundation, Juan has conducted and administered hundreds of entrepreneurship courses, seminars, workshops, business camps, and conferences at leading institutions including Harvard University, Columbia University, New York University, University of Southern California, University of Puerto Rico, ITESM (Mexico), and PUCMM (Dominican Republic).
