"Right up to the day of delivery, and afterwards, I will stay in touch," Tim continues to explain, "to ensure all YoungBiz trainers and school staff are fully briefed and the success is reviewed and evaluated."

Because YoungBiz seeks to build strong relationships with schools, Tim's work is an extremely important part of ongoing operations. His main goal is to understand the school, the students, and the training objectives so that he can prepare the YoungBiz training staff to deliver the training programme that has been requested. As Tim puts it so well, "YoungBiz takes pride in ensuring every school is treated as a unique and individual customer."

Don't be surprised if you also see Tim arriving at your school in person on the day of your programme. As a certified master trainer for YoungBiz, Tim often works alongside the trainers to deliver programmes and to ensure quality control.

"I've been working with both young people and adults in schools, colleges and corporate environments for over 15 years," Tim states. "There is nothing more exciting than seeing a group of students 'come alive' as the training day unfolds and they discover they truly can manage money or become business owners.
