Business Enterprise Course for Students Aged 12-16
Beginners are introduced to all phases of a business start-up, from becoming an entrepreneur to launching the venture.
This workbook-style curriculum has a special emphasis on business leadership skills, and includes numerous easy-to-use business forms. Students write basic business plans, develop marketing materials, set up a record-keeping system, and create a sales presentation.
The Practitioner's Guide includes special projects and supplemental activities for teaching courses from 10 to 30 hours in length. Each lesson plan includes objectives, hands-on activities, business terms, research assignments, and more.

Business Skills Alignment: The Business Skills classroom curriculum satisfies all nine elements of Work Related Learning. It is also mapped to Part A of the Key Skills and Wider Key Skills and allows schools the additional flexibility to offer a programme that teaches Enterprise Capability. This curriculum supports the aims of Every Child Matters by teaching essential skills necessary for students to make positive contributions in the workplace and achieve economic well-being.
